First Community Cares Foundation (FCCF) awards scholarships annually providing financial support to deserving high school graduates pursuing their next steps to achieve the skills needed to be licensed in a specialty career through an accredited trade school program.
FCCF is accepting applications now through January 23, 2025. You must be a member of First Community Credit Union, located in Houston, TX, for at least 90 days to qualify. We award a scholarship up to $4,000 or up to 100% of the program cost, paid in up to two increments.
Applicants must be a graduating high school senior attending school in Spring Branch, Alief, Cy-Fair, Tomball, Waller, Katy, Klein, Conroe, or Fort Bend ISD. Applicants that are striving to complete trade school in Automotive Maintenance, HVAC, Information Technology, Healthcare, Cosmetology, Welding, Plumbing, Construction, or Culinary are eligible for this scholarship.
